Community Powered ATX runs almost entirely on small grants and donations from our network of community members and allies. Decisions regarding vision, strategy, and tactics are made in community through processes centering directly-impacted residents and are in no way influenced by donors. A donation from an ally comes with the commitment to support the independence and autonomy of our low-income, BIPOC-led network.
All donations are tax-deductible, and every gift, regardless of the amount, is essential to our work. Donations are received through our 501c(3) sponsor Start:Empowerment.
